“Talent Talks” with Hunt Scanlon asks Drs. Rod McDavis and Nancy Zimpher: Tell us about the AGB Institute for Leadership & Governance in Higher Education. Why did you create the program and how does it speak to these trends?
Dr. David Rosowsky, former provost and senior VP of the University of Vermont and AGB Leadership Institute Cohort 1 graduate, believes the current climate affords shared governance an opportunity to heal divisions and commit to repairing the system to ensure the university’s success.
