Dr. Mark Bake serves as Chief Academic Officer at Bellin College in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where he provides strategic leadership for academic programs, accreditation, faculty development, and student success initiatives. With a career spanning healthcare and higher education, he has led transformative projects, including Bellin College’s transition to a three-year bachelor’s degree model to enhance affordability and workforce readiness. He has extensive experience in program development at multiple levels, including the creation and expansion of terminal degree programs.

Dr. Bake holds a Doctor of Business Administration with an emphasis in healthcare management and leadership, along with advanced degrees in healthcare management and applied science. He is passionate about mission-driven leadership, governance, and fostering innovative pathways for students to enter health professions. His experience includes board engagement, cross-functional leadership, and mentoring emerging leaders in higher education.
